Monthly Hiking Moai with Blue Zones Project - Mendocino County!
First Saturday of each month through April 2026 explore a different Mendocino County trail
August's hike was on Saturday the 2nd and our route was Big River Trail in Fort Bragg
Azucena, Alec, and I hiked over seven miles, saw lots of flowers, took tons of photos, talked, laughed, and enjoyed a delicious lunch at Casa Del Sol following our hike.
It was a beautiful day full of blue skies, flowers, fresh coastal air, the wide river, and great company. We ended the day tired but happy, full of good memories, and looking forward to September's hike.
