Ansel Adams @ the de Young Museum ~ Saturday 06.10.23

Photos from my trip to the de Young Museum in San Francisco.  I was primarily interested in seeing the Ansel Adams In Our Time exhibit (on display April 8th through July 23rd).  I had not ever visited this museum before and I enjoyed observing the architecture, exploring the grounds, and wandering through the other exhibits currently on display.

The Ansel Adams In Our Time Exhibit

This was my favorite piece of the day.  I had a very strong emotional reaction to this one,
it took my breath away as soon as it came into view.  And when I read
the title and description, I was speechless - even more moved.
I lingered near it for quite awhile.
