Mom's Birthday at Mendocino Coast Botanical Gardens ~ Saturday 08.31.24

For my mom's birthday this year she wanted to go to the Mendocino Coast Botanical Gardens (MCBG) in Fort Bragg. So my parents and I spent the day together, first going to the Fort Bragg Train Depot Mall to visit my mom's friend at Tsunami's Glass Shop (really beautiful, amazing blown glass ~ you should definitely check it out! instagram.com/tsunami_lukas) and then to lunch at Silver's on the Wharf. After our yummy meal, we continued on to the gardens. This time of year is my mom's favorite because she loves dahlias and the dahlia garden at MCBG is magnificent. It was an enjoyable, peaceful day and my mom had a good time which made me happy.
