I wanted to check out the lake again today after all the rain we've had recently and I'm so glad I did! It was a beautiful day with a little bit of blue sky and it felt great to get out of the house. There's noticeably more water in just the eight days since my last visit on new year's eve day last Saturday. There were tons of people out, walking the dam and hanging out at the lower parking lot . . . I even got lucky and ran into Marianne Chiado-Black! I also saw a couple people from work as well as had a chance to chat with a few new acquaintances.
