Today was a rough day for me. I skipped my Daily Wandering even though I knew I would probably feel at least a little better if I got outside for a lunchtime walk but I just couldn't make myself do it. Thankfully my good friend Danelle got me out for a walk on both morning and afternoon breaks and the connection and fresh air helped. I'm so grateful for my amazing friends 💙
